An art gallery about us, the MTF Gallery is a art Celebrating Black Art and Artist! Showcasing not only work around Portland, but around the world. Our goal at MTF is to bring artist and culture showcasing not only the black experience, but also showcasing that we as a people and a culture are more than 28 days! This isn't a pop-up Gallery for the month of February. This is a Gallery goal to stand as a museum showcasing us.
As we search for funding, our hours will be limited at first, but we hope to grow to be open as close to 365 days a year as we can. We will be sharing experiences, showcases, and themed art shows year-round and even starting our own black Art gallery walk serving to bring not only ours but other black art galleries around the city together.

“More than February,” the series was started by Gallery, our founder curator, and Owner Ronin, an ongoing series that aims to spotlight and keep a record of figures in black history.
